Just (Feb 2020) up graded to a King sized Bed - En-suite shower room has a cubicle - Enjoys afternoon sunshine, has lovely views of the Beck (small river) and across to Lowther Butts wild flower meadow. Guests can also see the steam trains of the North York's Moors Railway as they chug up and down the dale to Whitby!

King sized bed - En-suite shower room is wet room style. The colour theme is bright and vibrant. The view looks over the garden, orchard and Pickering Woods. A perfect position to view our bird feeder which has a wide range of visitors. Look out for the squirrels who like to steal the birds 'goodies' if they can! (We have now had to install a squirrel baffle to prevent them raiding the food holders, but we do put some nuts and seed out for them and the pheasants).

Super King (or Twin on request) - En-suite shower room is wet room style. This Indian themed room is fresh white and vibrant deep red. The view from the room takes in the garden terrace and the beck (small river). You can also watch the birds and squirrels feed in the garden from its window seat and glimpse the steam trains as they pass.

Situated at the end of our garden this private little wooden hut is decked out with Jungle print fabric. Aimed at those of you who like to be close to nature and campers who would like the luxury of sleeping in a double bed for a change!! There are lights and a couple of sockets. We supply linen and a kettle. Also included are all the makings for tea and coffee (including milk, biscuits and a slice of cake to welcome you). You can enjoy a brew (or something stronger) on the small deck at the front and watch the sun go down. We also include a breakfast of fruit juice, a breakfast roll and tea or coffee to start your day. In early 2020 we were planning to add shower facilities which will be next to the toilet (NB the toilet is not adjoining the accommodation). Due to Covid plans where put on hold and the hut has not been available.

To make a booking we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost. The deposit is fully refundable up to 8 days before your arrival. In cases where a cancellation happens 7 days or less before your arrival date we reserve the right to retain the deposit amount. We will, of course, allow for circumstances that make cancellation absolutely unavoidable.
You will be asked for your card details when you make your booking via the link above. If you prefer to make a BAC's transfer please e-mail or telephone us with your booking information.
Please be aware that all our rooms are on the first floor and can only be accessed by a staircase. Unfortunately this makes us unsuitable for infirm people or people with physical challenges.
