We serve Breakfast and Dinner (if booked in advance) in our Jack Vettriano themed Dining Room. Guests are seated at their own table but are close enough to interact with other guests should they wish to - and many do!! In November 2020 we gave our dining room a new look (pictures to be uploaded soon). The new colour scheme is brighter and the dark wood furniture has been banished! For guests who wish to, this room is available to sit and browse through the books on the shelves or to play games - we have quite a few.
Having a day out touring the area then why not order yourself one of our Picnic Hampers and enjoy lunch out on the moors or in the gardens at a local attraction. We can also just put together some sandwiches if you don't want to be too fancy!!
From the Buffet Table: Two types of fruit juice, Choice of 5 Cereals or Porridge, Natural and Fruit Yoghurt
Three types of main Breakfast: Continental, Full English or Lowther Light, Omelettes on request
Granary or White Toast with Jam or Marmalade (other spreads available Marmite, Chocolate nut spread and Peanut butter)
Accompanying drinks offered: Yorkshire tea, coffee (served in a Cafetiere), a variety of herbal teas, hot chocolate.
Our menu changes every month to ensure that we offer what is in season and so that the chef (John) does not get bored!! It is a three course menu but guests can choose to take only two if they wish. To view sample menu click here
We are not licenced to sell alcohol so guests can bring along their favorite tipple! Should a lighter meal be required we can serve you anything from our Tea Garden menu.
We are happy to serve Vegetarian food and can cater for most other dietary requirements however we do not have a 'nut free' kitchen so people with nut allergies can not be catered for - sorry.
On warm summer evenings we are happy to serve dinner outside next to the beck.
